Detection Systems

Extensive research conducted over the past decade has enabled MBDA to evaluate a range of detection systems which have been developed by industry and research institutes across the globe. As a result MBDA now work closely with recognised world-leading suppliers of landmine and IED detection systems in order to offer the appropriate best-in-class capabilities to our customers. Key examples of this are the integration of high-TRL vehicle based metal detectors and GPR systems, complimented by the funding of development in niche low TRL detection technologies. We continue to monitor advances in the field of detection, ensuring that our systems are compatible with evolving technologies.
